6 ozVanilla Puddings, Dry

8 ozWhipped Cream

8 ozGraham Crackers
Directions
1. Melt margarine in a medium sauce pan.2. Add sugar, cocoa, and 1/4 cup milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt. Let cool and reserve.
3. Mix together the pudding mix and 3 cups of milk. Combine well and fold in the whipped cream.
4. Place 1/3 of graham crackers in a baking pan, covering the bottom of the pan.
5. Spread half the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers. Put a second layer of graham crackers and spread the other half of the pudding mixture on top. Put a third layer of graham crackers and spread reserved topping on top.
6. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
7. To serve, cut into squares. Carefully lift out each square with a wide spatula.
