Ingredients

    Regular Margerine
  • 1 cup 
    Sugar, granulated
  • 1/3 cup 
    Cocoa, dry powder
  • 1/4 cup 
    Whole Milk
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp 
    Table Salt

    BATTER:
  • 6 oz 
    Vanilla Puddings, Dry
  • 3 cup 
    Whole Milk
  • 8 oz 
    Whipped Cream
  •  
    CRUST:
  • 8 oz 
    Graham Crackers

Directions

1. Melt margarine in a medium sauce pan.

2. Add sugar, cocoa, and 1/4 cup milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt. Let cool and reserve.

3. Mix together the pudding mix and 3 cups of milk. Combine well and fold in the whipped cream.

4. Place 1/3 of graham crackers in a baking pan, covering the bottom of the pan.

5. Spread half the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers. Put a second layer of graham crackers and spread the other half of the pudding mixture on top. Put a third layer of graham crackers and spread reserved topping on top.

6. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

7. To serve, cut into squares. Carefully lift out each square with a wide spatula.
