Directions
1. Boil potatoes until cooked but not overdone. Peel and cut into 1/2" cubes.2. In a skillet over medium-heat, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Cook cumin seeds until browned.
3. Add potatoes and fry until they are golden brown. add the remaining ingredients and fry for 2 minutes or more. Remove from oil with a slotted spoon. Pat on paper towels and serve.
